Dan Silver is a writer/director, producer, editor and musician based in NYC.

Drawn to psychological and introspective stories, he likes to explore themes of obsession, fear, isolation, identity, and the perception of reality. As a humanist, Dan always puts people and their emotions first and hopes that his work, and the process behind that work, always stays true to that vision. His past work includes music videos, commercials and the short narrative films “A Beat to Rest” and “Benign.” He has been featured by Short of the week, directors’ library, filmsupply films, kodak motion picture film, and Young Directors Award.

He’s currently hard at work on several exciting new projects, including his first feature.
